The are NO returns for meal prep inserts and bottles (due to hygiene reasons). Outlet items are final sale. Products covered by our Warranty are no longer eligible for return or exchange. We cannot return items that have not been delivered. To cancel or edit an order contact us directly.

We provide prepaid return labels (for US returns only). For bags, a $10 fee (per bag) is deducted from your refund total. This means you do not have to pay for a return label that typically costs a lot more. We are a small dedicated brand, and we truly want to do our best by our supporters. Unfortunately, we're not in the position to absorb the total cost for return shipping and restocking fees. $10 restocking/reshipping fee does not apply for International returns.

If you would like to exchange your order, select store credit as your return method. We provide prepaid return labels (for US returns only).There are no restocking or return shipping fees for store credit. We have a pretty fast turn around for store credit. If you select refund, you will receive reimbursement once the return is delivered.

We're currently unable to offer exchanges, but this is something we're working hard to make possible! You will still receive free standard delivery for orders above $99 (US orders only).

For refund to Store credit, there are no return stocking fees. We provide prepaid return labels (for US returns only).Store credit can not be reimbursed to the original payment method.

For returns outside of the mainland US, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returning shipping costs are not reimbursed to the original payment methods or as store credit. Returns must be completed through our Returns Center.

We accept returns in unused condition, tags still attached, within 30-days of purchase (extensions apply for pre-orders and Christmas orders).

*All returns must be completed through our Returns Center. Writing “Return-to-Sender” on the box, or shipping the item to our office will not return the item to us. In which case you will not receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.
