- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 scoop pea protein powder (or your choice of vanilla protein powder)
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 40g blueberries
- 50g strawberries
- 1 pineapple ring
- Portion banana, blueberries, strawberries and pineapple into freezer bags. Tip: for a thicker consistency freeze fruits for at least 24 hours ahead of blending.
- On the day: Empty contents of freezer bag into blender. Add coconut water, psyllium husk, pea protein and coconut yogurt to blender.
- Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until visible chunks are broken down.
